Grants Terms and Conditions

Order Acknowledgements and Alterations
Once we have received your grant request form with your order/request details and any engraving that may be needed and  has been approved by the board of trustees, we can only make alterations IF your order has not been processed with any supplier be it your own or one that you have requested from Kindness Counts UK. If however your own supplier has their own terms and conditions this is between you and your supplier Kindness Counts UK only supply the funds requested for the stated anti-bullying resources/equipment. If changes are to be made prior to the processing onto a supplier another new grant request form will need to be completed.
Description
This only applies with handmade furniture and will be set out in your completed Grant request form. Kindness Counts would normally only provide funds to the supplier you have stated within your completed form.
Delivery and Installations
Kindness Counts UK do not pay for delivery or installation of any furniture or equipment, we merely provide the items for you to use within your school/organisation as a anti bullying tool/resource. However if we can delivery it ourselves we will do this or negotiate free delivery in most cases.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your grant request, providing it has not been processed and delivered for use as set out in your grant request form, this would be acceptable and funds diverted to another school/organisation elsewhere in the community. If however you have taken delivery you would become liable for recollection charges, a trustee cannot collect it.
Warranties and Guarantees
Kindness Counts UK DO NOT supply any of the above this is between yourselves and your supplier. Kindness Counts are only involved in generating the funds in order that we can pay for your equipment requested.
Risk/Allergies and Insurances
Kindness Counts UK DO NOT supply insurances and do not enter into any risks in the construction and fixing down of any equipment provided these responsibilities are down to yourselves.
Kindness Counts UK only provide the funds for you to be able to have your requested items in your completed Grants Request Form. As regards singular or personal items whatever is provide from Kindness Counts UK to your schools it is the full responsibility of the school to distribute the items appropriately within your students as you and only you know them and their full details and medical history.

Post Boxes and Multi Community/School Resources  remain the property of Kindness Counts Uk and if you find they are not working in your school for whatever reason they will be reallocated, likewise if Kindness Counts Uk find an area within the community or another school is in greater need the post box will be reallocated. Kindness Counts UK Community Hub
Kindness Counts UK  DO NOT take responsibility of your children whilst they are on or within the Kindness Counts UK Community Hub premises/building. They MUST at all times be accompanied either by a school mentor, pastoral lead or their parental guardians.
 
When filling out their Grant request forms for their activities please also send with it their parents consent form so that we have it on our files before the session/appointments commence. That said Kindness Counts uk take all there health and safety, risk assessment and safeguarding checks very seriously, all volunteers we use have DBS checks in place as well has risk assessments carried out before we open daily and are checked periodically throughout the day. Kindness Counts uk also only use fully insured and DBS under governing bodied counselling services.
